How do I care for My Tutu? TOP

Caring for your Tutu or tutu dress is easy.  Your purchase will come folded or rolled so it will require a little bit of fluffing upon arrival.   Remove from the package and hang right away.  Start with the inside layers first and work your way out by running your hands thru the layers be careful if you have embellishments like rhinestones or sequins on your top layers.  Once you have worked your way pulling and fluffing thru all the layers we recommend hanging in your bathroom and running a hot shower for 5-10 minutes to get out any creases.  (some prefer to just use a steamer - again be careful not to get too close especially if your tutu has embellishments on it).  Never put your tutu in a drawer, always hang your tutu up as tutus are very delicate.

 

On the day of your pictures, party or event - put the dress or tutu on your little girl and re fluff while on them for the perfect look.

 

If you get some cake or ice cream on your tutu we recommend that you simply run the areas under warm water and clean by hand then hang your tutu to dry - once it’s dry just simply re fluff.

How do I choose between the different headwear? TOP

We recommend using the alligator clips for babies and girls with very thin/fine hair, but they work well for all ages.

We recommend the alligator clips with teeth for the dancers who want to insure their hair bow will stay in place. (Not recommended for babies with thin or fine hair)

The French barrette works best for girls who have long or thick hair. 

Elastic headbands are perfect for infants and toddlers.

Crochet Headbands, Crochet Beanies, and Wrapped Headbands  are perfect for all ages.

Do you accept International orders? TOP

Do you accept custom orders? TOP

Absolutely?  We love custom orders.  If there is something you have in mind, or want a hard to find matching birthday outfit.  Please contact us so we can discuss the possibilities.  If you need bows to match outfits, please email a picture of the outfit to celestecanchola@msn.com Be sure to put your name in the subject line.

How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP

Due to most products being handmade, orders ship within 2 - 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).  This time could increase during the holidays. This does not include the time it takes to receive the order once we ship it. Please put in the special request box when you need the product by if it’s urgent.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. In the event where Baby Take a Bow makes a mistake we will offer store credit.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We currently use Paypal for your security.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase (see store policy for more information)

Credit or Debit Card - Yes, we  accept credit and debit cards. The customer DOES NOT have to have a Paypal account to use a credit card through Paypal. At the payment screen, the customer is given a choice to either 1) "continue" to enter a credit or debit card info, or 2) to log in to their paypal account to pay. (If the customer chooses #1 - the credit card entered must not be associated with any existing paypal account or it will not allow them to use that card.) We do Cash on Delivery (See Store Policy for more information)

If you are in a Rush to receive an item please email us first at celestecanchola@msn.com to make sure we can accommodate your needs.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? TOP

Once we ship your order and receive confirmation from the postal service that it was delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We would encourage you to purchase insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us after you place your order. celestecanchola@msn.com
